Last week Mary was home with us all week. Drew worked on school work with her in the morning and in the afternoons she would be busy in her room "designing". Friday, she casually came down and said - "do you want to see what i have been working on" and she showed me all of these clothes that she had made for her dolls. They were awesome! She cut apart old fabric for some and old doll clothes for others.
Last Saturday we had the Brown Family Christmas. This is my step-mom's side of the family and when we all get together it is crazy fun! There were 35 of us this year a new baby and 2 under the age of 2.
This was also Julianna's first real experience with Christmas Presents (she was too young last year) and unwrapping them. Her excitement brought tears to my eyes! From the first tear of the first gift her constant word was "WOW". She loved everything she got and was so excited about everything! Mary was so thankful and wonderful too. I am so grateful for my girls. They are such a blessing to me!
We all got to meet our newest cousin Emily Lola! Jules was really smitten with her! This is my dad's usual stance at any family gathering!
Happy birthday my gorgeous man! Thank you for all you do for me and for the girls. You are the love of my life and I am so lucky to be your wife! You are so amazing at everything you do and everything you are.
We have been through a lot this year and you have come out stronger and better through it all. Nothing has changed our love or commitment to each other. What a wonderful marriage we have and I know that will never change. You are my everything day in and day out.
Happy birthday my darling husband - you are truly the greatest man and husband a girl could ask for!
Today is my wonderful hubby's birthday, but last night we threw him a great surprise party!! We held it at the Latin King Restaurant because it is our favorite place to eat and I knew Drew would never suspect that anything was going on!
It was so much fun all our our family and friends were there and he was totally surprised and absolutely love it! Jules and Mary had a great time too and made the night even more special for him. The night couldn't have been more perfect!
SURPRISE!!! My mom got the girls matching outfits for the party. They looked too adorable in them!
Mary was so proud that she was able to keep it a secret. I think she was more excited than I was all week!
Check out Julianna's face. I think all she ate for dinner was ketchup and creamy parmesan dressing!
Drew's mom passed down his Grandmother Stinson's pot holder and cake stand. It brought tears to Drew's eyes and mine. It was the most special gift.
Jules on the way home, she was tired, but had so much fun with the balloons! It was such a perfect night and we are so thankful to everyone that shared it with us!
