Thankful

I know this is a REALLY late post, but I have barely had time to breathe the past couple of weeks! We are just so busy every night!

We had a great Thanksgiving this year and again, it is always so nice to be surrounded by family!
Our celebrations started on Wednesday at Julianna's Fall Party at school. I was blessed to be one of the homeroom mom's for the party and Mary happen to have the day off from school, so she also came to help! It was a lot of fun and I hope to be able to do it again!


On Thursday we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Howard's house. Drew made the turkey this year and it was DELISH!!! We smoked it all morning and by lunchtime, it was perfect! After lunch we broke off into teams and played a mean game of TABOO. It was fun and some of our clues were hilarious!!!

Again, so much to be thankful for and so grateful for our time with family!!

Mary was greatly enjoying Sue's Pumpkin Dessert. Trust me, we all enjoyed it. It is actually better than Pumpkin Pie - if that's possible!
