HATE is a strong word...

...Now there aren't too many things I hate in life. But this week something I hate with a passion came out in full force. SNOW!! And boy were we hit with it - almost 16 inches to be exact! There is no other word for it other than - hate.

I hate driving in it, I hate shoveling it (which I don't really do, since my husband takes care of that, but I hate that he has to do it), I hate that it keeps us stranded, I hate that along with snow comes extreme cold, I hate that we now live on a street that.takes.forever.to.get.plowed AND I hate the my husband had take the battery out of the truck he is restoring in order to jumpstart my car!!!!

Seriously!!


But.....I did get 2 snow days cuddled up with Jules at home. But I would rather have had 2 vacation days cuddled up on a nice, warm & sunny beach somewhere!!

Who's with me!?!

Don't be too alarmed about the lack of plowing. Even streets that are usually plowed right away (mine for example) took forever. Ours didn't get plowed until Thursday morning and a lot of people had to wait until last night and that's not the norm. Maybe next snow storm will be less aggravating for all :)
