Thanksgiving Day!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! It was nice to reflect on this year and the past couple of years. 2 years ago at Thanksgiving we told everyone that I was pregnant with miss Jules, so it was neat to see how much our lives have changed since then. Last year Drew and I took Jules to Phoenix to see my mom over Thanksgiving, so this was her first Thanksgiving with our family here. She was pretty tired most of the day, but did pretty well.

We had lunch at my grandparents and she had fun playing with Grandpa Howard and being her usual cute self. We had Mary this holiday too, so it was nice to have the whole family together. After my grandparents, we went to Drew's mom's for a bit and then headed off to the Festival of Trees and Lights. The girls really enjoyed themselves and it was fun to get in the Christmas spirit (well I was already in the mood as we had already put up our Christmas Tree and decorated the night before).

My dad was taking a quick nap, but Jules had other ideas. :o)

I love this picture of her looking up to Great-Grandpa!

So silly!

Jules is pretty tired at this point, but she held in there until pretty late in the day.

I took this picture for my mom's benefit. She has her house decorated in all black and white for Christmas. It is SO beautiful. I thought she would appreciate this display!

Jules LOVED the train and I was thankful that Mary wanted to go with her so she could "experience it"!

And here we are 5:00 p.m. - with no nap the entire day. Needless to say it was a LONG night, but we had 3 days to recover and just enjoy being together as a family! It was a great holiday!!
